Barista Job at Cricket & Fig Chocolate
Cricket & Fig Chocolate is in need of a talented and experienced Barista that will perform all front-of-house duties, including some plating of desserts, packaging/selling chocolates, and of course making a full range of coffee and espresso drinks. Schedule may include a mixture of morning and evening hours, and pay is commensurate with experience. Excellent customer-service skills is a must, along with the ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with patrons in a fast-paced environment. A Tulsa County Food Handlers Card is required.
You will be responsible for:
- Interacting directly with customers
- Preparing coffee and espresso-based beverages
- Describing, selling, and boxing chocolates
- Preparing chocolates for sale
- Restocking and maintaining retail areas
- Plating and serving upscale desserts
- Bussing and cleaning tables
- Cleaning all aspects of the dining room and restrooms
- Washing dishes
- Assisting with the cleanup and maintenance of back-of-house areas
