Echo Lake Country Club is looking for an experienced Banquet Coordinator to join the team!
Serve as the main point of contact for day of the event. Coordinate with internal teams (such as kitchen, bar, and service staff) to ensure all event details are communicated and executed effectively. Create and revise room layouts for each event, set up in-house audio-visual equipment, decorations, and any special requirements.
On-Site Event Management: Oversee the smooth execution of events, ensuring that all arrangements are in place, and promptly address any issues or concerns that may arise during the event. Coordinate with staff to ensure efficient service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, and to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Knowledgeable of food and beverage operations, catering, and banquet services
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
