Essential Duties as Bakery Manager:

• Creating employee schedules
• Daily operations of Bakery
• Place daily orders
• Inventory of bakery
• Daily bread count
• Bake/decorate desserts

Experience:

• Management experience preferred but not required
• Baking experience
• Cake decorating experience
