Description:
We are looking for someone who can work 30-40 hours per week and must be available Saturdays and Sundays. This position entails working at the earliest from 4am and working up to 12pm if needed.
Bakers are responsible for delivering great guest experiences. They prepare products per operational and quality standards, and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean environment. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.

Responsibilities Include:
Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift.
Morning, Weekend and Holiday hours required.
Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time.
Operations Excellence for Guest Satisfaction
Adhere to Brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest.
Maintain a clean and neat workstation; complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed.
Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures.
Follow all procedures related to, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security.
Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.
Can prepare all baked goods according Dunkin’ Donuts Brand Standards
Can adhere to all Donut Finishing requirements
Ensure all food that is prepped meets Dunkin’ Donuts food safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and food safe back of house
Ensures weekly delivery orders from Distribution Center are completed 2 times per week
Must be able to prepare food for the coming day
Needs to be able to use sales information to prepare baked goods to maintain optimal food cost and keep guests happy by having fresh products when guests arrive
Come to work in a clean and proper brand standard uniform
Adhere to brand standard master sanitation schedule for back of house
Maintain food processing equipment
Able to record food waste and food production quantities daily
Maintain a clean, food safe, and organized stock room
Maintain a clean parking lot to be presentable to guests
Adhere to par levels for sandwich station products
Can stand/walk between 6-9 hours per shift
Must be able to adhere to first in first out to maintain quality and rotation of Dunkin’ Donuts ingredients

Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)

Able to lift on average between 35lbs to 50lbs during work day
