AV Technical Coordinator
The AV Technical Coordinator is responsible for supporting the virtual and in-person Sunday service, and repurposing content to promote Sunday Services at Unity of the Triangle. The AV Technical Coordinator's ultimate goal is to ensure that weekly services, church events and all related activities and ministries are supported by using technology efficiently, effectively and strategically in order to enhance the experience of those attending in-person, and viewing online. A commitment to excellence and collaborative teamwork, as well as good communication skills are essential.

Primary Responsibilities

● (Able to) Run the Sunday Live Stream and ensure all technical elements of the service/events are executed with excellence, this includes lighting, audio, and video.

● Ensure all production systems are working and fully operational
● Supports rehearsals for weekend services and all high level events.
● Attends staff meetings, as needed.
● Coordinate with AV Team Volunteer Leader for volunteer training opportunities for all areas of production.
● Other responsibilities as assigned by the Media & Communications Director
● Repurpose Sunday Services into various audio, and video formats for Email and Social Marketing Campaigns.
● Record and edit audio/video projects as needed.
● Manage YouTube and SoundCloud channels and optimize for SEO. (This includes uploading, tagging, scheduling files on a weekly basis)

Job Qualifications

● Successful experience in all aspects of production, logistics, and technology.
● Experience with Powerpoint, VMix, or other livestream software
● Knowledge of audio/video/lighting/ and a strong ability to troubleshoot in all of these environments with special focus on stage events.
● Experience with video editing applications such as Adobe Premiere, and After Effects.
● Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
● Ability to coordinate several activities at once and quickly analyze and resolve specific problems.
● Ability to relate, inspire and motivate teams of volunteers and leaders.
● Commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth.

Education and Experience

● Formal training in production and related disciplines.
● Must have hands-on experience with technology in a modern worship production environment.

Commitment: 10-15 hours per week; Sunday availability is required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
