Autonomous Maintenance Technician (AMT) - 2nd and 3rd Shifts - Lindt Chocolate - PERMANENT placement
We have 4 full-time, permanent/direct hire Autonomous Maintenance Technician opportunities with Lindt in Stratham, NH working in a state-of-the-art plant that manufacturers, packs, and ships CHOCOLATE! This position focuses on utilizing a variety of TPM tools and resources to identify improvement opportunities on the production lines. This includes performing preventative maintenance tasks, conducting autonomous maintenance tasks, conducting minor repairs to the line, and working collaboratively with other departments to make an impact by improving Technical Efficiency and OEE. This role will also assist in the operation of manufacturing machines.
MUST HAVE:

MUST HAVE:
- Develop and implement continuous improvements projects to eliminate waste & rework as well as other operational losses by using problem solving tools like Kaizen, 5Why, ECRS and others.
- Autonomous Maintenance standards. (CILT - Cleaning/Inspection/Lubrication/Tightening), Quality points and Safety Inspections)
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, SAP, JDE, DSI, ADP, Ignition.
The position comes with:
- A base salary of $28.60-$31.20/hr (depending on shift) PLUS sign on bonus of $2,000-$3,000 (paid after 45 days)
- 2nd shift: Mon.-Fri., 2p-10:30p; $28.60/hr. base pay plus $2,000 sign on bonus.
- 3rd shift: Mon.-Fri., 10p-6:30a; $31.20/hr. base pay plus $3,000 sign on bonus.
- $5,000 REFERRAL fee (until end of January - per person you refer)
- Benefits start after 30 days, 60 days for 401K – Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Medical Insurance, Dental Plan, Vision Plan, FSA, 401K 3% match, onsite fitness center, and so much more
