In your new role you will:
- Develop system understanding and create solutions utilizing Infineon intelligent power devices, microcontrollers, power supplies, sensors and networking with CAN and Ethernet devices.
- Collaborate with Global and Regional sales teams to provide expert application and product for our OEMs and Tier 1s to win new business opportunities.
- Key member of global marketing team developing new concepts, innovation projects and new technologies influencing our product and application roadmaps.
- Establish and develop trusted relationships with key customer engineering personnel and decision makers.
- Engaged with global product lines and regional FAEs and SAEs on strategies and best practices impacting our business growth and strategic direction.

- 8+ combined years of experience as a semiconductor Application Engineer or automotive electronic system design engineer, preferably with some experience serving automotive electronics like Body Control Modules, Smart Power Distribution Centers, Door Modules, Gateways and Zone Controllers.
- Having been a Field Application Engineer or worked in Semiconductor Product Marketing will allow you to quickly come up to speed.
- Strong technical knowledge and design experience on a system level, vehicle architectures, including software abstraction and services.
- Broad understanding of power devices, 32-bit microcontrollers and sensors including smart power solutions.
- Utilizes new and innovative methods to solve problems.
- Solid interpersonal skills to interface with customers and internal Infineon Sales and Business Unit partners including mentoring and coaching.
- Inspires others to follow their view despite an uncertain future by listening first to understand.
- Business skills and understanding to assess technical viability of solutions to be provided and develop associated business cases.
- B.S. Electrical Engineering, and an MBA.
