Experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator
Rairdon Auto Group is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator. Our ideal candidate will have previous automotive accounting and warranty experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Knows and understands the manufacturer warranty policies and procedures manual
- Establishes and maintains a productive relationship with the manufacturer warranty representatives
- Reviews every warranty repair order for completion and accuracy
- Determines and enters the applicable labor operation codes, failure codes, and any other administrative data required
- Monitors the use of special warranty programs for any type of abuse; diagnosis time and straight time to name a few
- Reviews all returned and rejected warranty claims and prepares the repair orders for immediate re-submission
- Maintains a record of all claims submitted, returned, rejected, or paid
- Provides weekly reports to the Service Director regarding claim status
Job Requirements
- Previous warranty administrative experience.
- The individual must possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountability
- The individual must possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be analytical and multi-task
- Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- CDK experience is a plus but not required
- Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, Honda or OEM dealership experience is a plus but not required

Pay $4500-$6000 month DOE
