QUALIFICATIONS:

Certified or eligible to receive New York State teacher certification in Automotive Technology. Must be current and familiar with all aspects of the automotive repair trades. ASE Certification in four areas or the equivalent desired. Minimum of three years of trade experience desired.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

Selected candidate will be responsible for providing direct Automotive Technology instruction to high school age students as well as adult students in a school setting. Candidate will assess, revise, certify, and deliver a curriculum that meets New York State Education Department Learning Standards.
