Experienced Automotive Technician to join our team and deliver expert efficient repairs to our fleet.

This position is for:

• Automotive Technician who has experience working in a shop or dealership setting.
• Automotive Technician who can diagnose different makes and models.
• Automotive Technician who can complete a multi-point safety and mechanical inspection.
• Automotive Technician who can perform and complete all repairs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Test drive vehicles and perform diagnostics to determine cause of failure.
• Plan work procedure in cooperation with the Shop Foreman.
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency.
• Use diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems...engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning.
• Communicate with Service Advisor, help to inform customer of any necessary or additional service required.
• Provide an estimate of time required for repairs.
• Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer guidelines specifications.

Mechanic Qualifications:

• 2 years or more automotive experience a plus.
• Understanding of Volkswagen warranty policies and procedures a plus.
• Be a problem solver, self-motivated, focus on quality.
• Must have own tools.
