TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:

• State Inspection/Emission License required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturday and evenings.
• Must have a valid PA Driver's License and pass a pre-employment background check and screening
• GREAT Upbeat ATTITUDE.

AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
• Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
• Communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional services are needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability with a positive “team” mentality
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment
• Strong work-ethic with ability to work in a fast-paced results driven environment.
• Genuine interest in providing a exceptional customer experience
• Preforms work as outlined on a Multi-point Inspection and repair order with efficiency and accuracy
