The Preston Automotive Group is currently seeking additional Sales Consultants at Preston Ford West in Randallstown, MD. Prior sales experience is not required. The only requirements are the drive to succeed, and the ability to live our core values daily!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acquire product knowledge pertaining to the type of vehicles you are selling.
- Work with guests to determine their driving needs, exhibiting INTEGRITY.
- Present products in such a way that communicates to our guests that we want them to have the best buying experience possible.
- Complete paperwork flow in a timely, efficient manner, with ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
- Work efficiently with other team members to ensure company TEAMWORK.
- Commit to a personal development program that fosters PERSONAL GROWTH.
- Have a sense of URGENCY to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Give back to the COMMUNITY that we serve.
