As a Reed Chevrolet Sales Assistant at our Reed Chevrolet contact center, you will be responsible for handling incoming internet sales leads and phone calls. During the contact you will be establishing relationships with our customers and scheduling appointments for them to come and test drive a new or preowned vehicle of their choice.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Communicate effectively with internet customers according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, or text message).

· Manage internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely manner and direct product questions to our sales staff.

· Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and follow up with no show customers.

· Utilize defined dealership email templates for communications.

· Utilize defined dealership telephone word tracks as guidelines for process and flow of customer phone contacts.

· Enter all prospect/customer communications, notes, records, and appointment data into the dealership CRM lead management tool.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

· Must be able to speak and communicate effectively.

· Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Must have basic computer knowledge plus typing skills.

· Must be able to work evenings and weekends
