Automotive Motor Vehicles Clerk Job at Volvo Cars Manasquan
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
All phases of State of NJ and Out-of-State Motor Vehicle. Processing of all requested documents through either electronic vehicle registration (Dealer Track) or NJCAR, along with flipping titles.
You MUST be currently fingerprinted with the State of NJ.
Process documents and title work for Dealer Trades and Wholesale Deals.
Keeping track of all titles, following up on Lien Payoffs and sending titles to Banks weekly
Processing any and all refund checks for MV
Help with scanning of deals
Print and clean assigned schedules
Candidate should be well organized, willing to learn and detailed oriented.
Must have 3 years experiences in Automotive, and Online Motor Vehicle. Also experiences with Dealer Track DMS will be helpful.
To start this position can be part time or full time with flexible hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
