We are seeking an Automotive Express Lube technician. We’re interested in talking to candidates at various experience levels. This position provides a great opportunity for advancement in becoming a certified CDJR or Hyundai technician.

SUMMARY

Lube Technicians will focus on fluid checks and basic maintenance. This entry level position will be responsible for oil changes, tire rotation and other light maintenance work. This could be the start of a great career in the field of automotive service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for the customers.
• Carefully inspect every repair order and vehicle for proper job completion.
• Advise the Service Writer of any repairs or services that are needed.
• Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Performs lubrication, safety inspection, and other related services.
• Drains oil from crankcase and refills with required amount of oil.
• Replaces oil and air filters.
• Inspects vehicle fluid levels, replaces, or replenishes as necessary.
• Checks tire pressure and adds air if needed.
• Lubricates moving parts with specified lubricants.
• Ensures that customers' cars are kept clean. Notifies service advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle.
• Keeps shop area neat and clean.
• Maintains and is accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals. Returns them to the proper place and in the same condition as when they were
