Automotive Customer Service Rep Job at Premier Autoplex
We are looking for a customer service representative for our automotive service department. Daily duties will focus on helping customers throughout the service experience, including setting appointments, greeting customers, actively listening to the customer's repair needs, and updating the customer by phone, text, and email.
Automotive experience and mechanical knowledge are not needed. Other service personnel will handle the estimation and explanation of required repairs.
Applicant must be professional, friendly, able to communicate, and proficient with technology. This is an on-your-feet all, day job.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
