Automation Test Engineer Job at KeyLogic Systems
As an automated test engineer on our team, you’ll work alongside software design teams to help create processes and experiments to test features, functionality, security, and performance of our systems. Throughout development, you’ll ensure the highest quality using cutting edge automation tools. You’ll write test cases for unit, functional, integration, and regression test automation, based on your understanding of requirements and how they deliver business value. Using your scripting skills, you’ll automate continuous security and performance testing, other non-functional testing, and monitor health of eFile. Improve skills by writing the code to test the code and you will also broaden your experience in cloud development.
Required Skills:
1-3 years of experience (not including university experience) with test automation using tools such as Selenium or Cypress
1+ years of experience with JavaScript
1+ years of experience a creating test strategies
Experience working in an Agile software development environment
Experience with manual testing strategies, automation test scripts/test case/test plan creation
Ability to test cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility
Preferred Skills:
Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman, JMeter, SOAPUI
Experience with performance testing
Experience using security testing tools
Experience interacting directly with clients or end users
Experience supporting automated tests as part of a CI/CD pipeline
Knowledge of Section 508 compliance
BA or BS degree in Computer Science or related field
