Without reliable transportation, it is very difficult to hold a decent job, much less get your kids to the doctor as needed. If you are unable to qualify for a conventional car loan, you may not have access to this critical ingredient to your family's success. Because we personally approve, fund, and service the loans on all our vehicles, we are able to provide options that would otherwise not be there.

We make a difference! After 23 years as a single operation in Missoula, we expanded into Helena, Billings, and Great Falls over the last 3 years. We are now hiring for a *key* person to help establish, grow, and expand into the Flathead Valley at our new Kalispell branch. Are you ready to join our team? Let’s find out….

Do you prefer a central role in customer service?

• We work directly with customers both during the sales process as well as through the entire repayment experience of their car loan.

Additional qualifications for a successful applicant include:

· Previous customer service experience, preferably from a bar/restaurant setting - Some of our best employees have restaurant or hospitality backgrounds!

· Very strong verbal and written communication abilities

· Comfort and competence with computers and computer systems

· Familiarity with Social Media

· Willingness to meet and greet new people

· A valid driver’s license with a near-perfect driving record (to qualify for our insurance standards)

· A willingness to work hard and succeed within a high-performance team to meet company goals.

No auto sales experience is necessary! In fact, I would prefer to train you.

Pay: $18- $28 Hourly depending on experience. In addition, all our team members enjoy fully paid health insurance, two weeks of paid time off per year, and matching retirement.
