Responsibility in a summary: Identifying and documenting all necessary body work repairs for customers in a timely and professional manor. Responsible for scheduling the customers a time to come in.
Responsibilities:
- Perform direct and indirect estimate repairs.
- Check the current market rates and parts.
- Communicate with insurance companies.
- Schedule Appointments for Customers.
- Experience with the CCC program is preferred
- Work with the CCC program to determine damage and cost of repairs.
- Must know how to order, receive , and manage parts.
- Must be able to work in a efficient and timely manor
- Punctuality is essential
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience is preffered
Job Type: Full-time
