We are currently seeking a full-time Athletic Trainer/Physician Extender to work in an orthopedic surgeon's office. The ideal candidate will combine an engaging personality with an ability to maintain organization in a busy environment.
The ATC/PE will:
- Listen and record notes for physician or related healthcare worker
- Review and edit notes for individual patient charts
- Translate medical abbreviations into appropriate long form (ex. PRN as "as needed")
- Submit health records for physicians to approve
- Enter medical reports into electronic health records

Days: Monday and Thursday- 22hrs a week with potential to do ATC coverage and PE work.
