Remote, internal consulting role / Sunrise (Acute) Focus
25% travel
The purpose of this role is to support the regulatory and certification requirements of our hospital and health system solutions.

- you'll be a part of the solutions management org focused specifically on regulatory requirements for our hospitals and health systems solution.
- We're not your typical solutions management department. We sit alongside our Sunrise solutions managers and ensure that everything from a regulatory perspective gets funneled to them so that it's incorporated into the development of the product.
- you'll wear many hats in this role – workflow documentation, manage all content for our regulatory community site and ensure all yearly updates. A "techie" background with knowledge of EHR workflows will serve you well in this role.
- our team ensures that all workflows within our solutions meet certification requirements. We conduct all testing for product and solutions development before the certification to ensure that the requirements are met. You'll help with testing and prep work within our certification systems, so if you happen to know Sunrise, it will be much easier for you to understand how and what to certify. (not required, but preferred!)
- our department isn't client-facing. We answer lots of client emails and regulatory questions. We conduct client presentations to keep them updated re. regulations. Your role in the org will be as an internal consultant, servicing internal clients.
Education, Skill Set & Knowledge Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years implementation/configuration experience, preferred
- Healthcare/clinical background, strongly preferred
- EHR experience / workflow knowledge, preferred
- Experienced in regulatory/certification requirements in the healthcare industry, preferred
- Microsoft and API knowledge/experience; PowerPoint and technology savvy

- 25%
