This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. O

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring quick response and follow-up to client inquiries, including returning phone calls and emails within 2 hours and attempted resolution of all issues in less than 24 hours. Follows-up with client within 24 hours after issue resolution.
  • Manage EGWP eligibility and enrollment
  • Load report review oversight of client reporting
  • Participate in culture training
  • Assist Communications Specialist with research to support response to written requests from Plan Members with 5 business days
  • Manage and load administrative overrides in accordance with clients benefit and policy
  • Identify, track and report global issues to Account Management and assist with root cause analysis and issue resolution process
  • Assisting in client training for remote system access and reporting.
  • Assist Account Manager with monitoring tactical, day to day management of assigned State client
  • Participates and assists with coordination of client sponsored events. Cultivating in-group growth through these relationships.
  • Understanding and executing the client contract according to the terms and conditions
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and developments
  • Supporting client open enrollment process by helping preparing communication materials and attending open enrollment meetings.
  • Following all policies and procedures related to job responsibilities and participating in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures
  • Assisting in the client specific implementation
  • Providing regular feedback to management team regarding client requirement status and business development opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree (or higher) OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years’ Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), or Client-account management in healthcare, managed care, or pharmaceutical industry (CLIENT FACING EXPERIENCE TO CONDUCT/FACILITATE MEETINGS VIA PHONE, EMAIL, VIDEO, IN-PERSON)
  • Experience and knowledge with Employee Group Waiver plans or Medicare Part D requirements
  • Experience and knowledge with Part D vs Part B prescription drug coverage.
  • Knowledge of CMS guidelines and regulations
  • 2+ years of experience with pharmacy claims analysis
  • Basic proficiency using MS Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
