We serve the residents of Hamilton County in more ways than you may realize! In this role, you will provide technical assistance to public submitting documents and plans for permits, certificates, appeals, and reviews.
Summary of Job Duties:
  • Provides customer service to public when they are submitted documents for building permits
  • Log and enter permit applications into database.
  • Review permit applications for completeness
  • Scans plans and documents into digital records
  • Maintain file records

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • two (2) years customer service experience.
Work Location and Hours:
  • 138 East Court Street Cincinnati, Oh. 45202
  • 40 Hour Work Week, 7:30am-4:00pm
