Tapestry Solutions Boeing Global Services BGS is seeking an End User Support in Maryland Heights, MO. or Swansea, IL.

In this role you will provide end user support, systems configuration and network support and solve network problems.

Position Responsibilities:

• Frequent hands-on IT support activities in the Legacy environments
• Support of 300 end users on daily operations; this includes new hires onboarding, end user desktop support, IT equipment refresh, VDI VM support, Unique OS builds for Development environments Comms/Server room management
• Lab support for all programs
• Frequent adding of new VDI VMs and updating of VMs for Software development environments for work on new code lines for programs
• IT Hardware equipment and loaner management

This position allows some telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at the listed location option.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• IT support experience

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor’s) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master’s and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience.)
