Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide collections strategy and expertise to lending product teams
• Approve collection strategies based on industry best practices
• Provide regulatory expertise and perspective on collections practices
• Lead collection outsourcing strategy
• Lead discussions with regulators related to loan collections
• Establish and monitor appropriate SLAs with partners

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience collection strategy for both consumer and small business lending
• 5+ years of experience managing outsourced collections activities and vendor relationship
• 5+ years of experience in using predictive models in collection strategies
• Knowledge lending laws and regulations
• Solid understanding of risk management across the entire loan lifecycle
