The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of business experience, including entity organization/incorporation and corporate governance, transactional experience in acquiring and selling various types of business entities, banking and commercial transactions, and negotiating, drafting, and revising commercial agreements and contracts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, research and writing skills, and the ability to analyze a wide range of business law issues and produce practical and creative solutions to achieve client goals. Candidates must be able to thrive in a teamwork-oriented environment and possess exceptional research and drafting skills.
