The Role:
The account executive team serves as the top-of-funnel for pipeline growth. The account executive team builds relationships internally and externally to provide highly-targeted outreach to prospective customers within the healthcare and hospital vertical. You will be a trailblazer working alongside sales leadership, marketing, customer success, and sales operations to establish workflow best practices for our enterprise growth team. This role is a clear step in the direction of becoming an enterprise SaaS Account Executive.
You will:

  • Optimize and utilize the high velocity outbound and inbound sales strategy for generating qualified ARR opportunities
  • Cold call and engage prospects to set up demo meetings and lead product demos
  • Ensure the opportunity is moving forward to an administrative decision-maker pitch
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify priority accounts and coordinate strategic outreach
  • Engage and nurture inbound marketing leads by educating and developing prospects through the clinical buy-in process
  • Build and maintain the early-stage sales pipeline and continue to support the sales team thru the entire sales process

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience working in a sales development, sales representative, customer success, and/or sales enablement role
  • At least 2 years of experience working in healthcare technology or SaaS
  • Proficient using a CRM platform (Salesforce.com, etc.) as well as sales engagement system (such as Outreach.io, Salesloft, etc.)
  • Are comfortable speaking on the phone and presenting via zoom or live in-person
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, sales ops, etc)

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Salary Range: $54,000 - $73,500
