Assistant Tasting Room Manager Job at The Fess Parker Winery
The Fess Parker Winery in Los Olivos, Ca,is currently looking for a full-time Assistant Tasting Room Manager.(ATRM) This in an hourly position that requires weekend and afternoon availability. The ATRM will assist in serving at the bars, fill in as server, and will assist with opening and closing the winery when needed The ideal individual must be positive, adaptable, friendly, and knowledgeable about the winery services, not only to fully support the Hospitality Operations Director on any questions or issues but also to uphold the standard of customer service in order to make guests feel as comfortable as possible. Striving for excellence in creating and supporting “the perfect wine experience” should be of the highest priority.
JOB DUTIES TO INCLUDE
· Lead Tasting Room operations.
· Manage daily staffing levels and based on demand.
· Exceed Guest/Client expectations that yield results and positive Guest feedback.
· Competency and understanding of California Alcoholic Beverage Laws and regulations.
· Assist Manager on calendar projects.
· At least 1 year experience in customer service-related role, preferably in hospitality environment.
· Manage and execute wine tasting programs.
· Assist wine associates during service including shipping & restocking.
· Maintain up-to-date SOPs
· Ability to lift up to 25lbs unassisted.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend and holiday availability
This position will range from $22.00-$25.00 hourly plus commissions and profit share.
