Summary:
At Savers / Value Village our Retail Sales Manager (RSM) is in charge of our ever changing and fast paced Sales Floor. The RSM ensures we are delivering a great customer experience. They lead, coach, develop, motivate, empower and manage a Team. The RSM also makes important merchandising and visual display decisions on a daily basis that have a direct impact on the success of your store. We are definitely a departure from traditional retail, so that makes everything a little more complex and a lot more fun!
