As an extension of the community’s Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager is responsible for instilling a culture of adaptable and resilient performers; and must be a pacesetter for innovative thinking and accountability. Previous Property Management experience is strongly preferred.

Assistant Property Manager, you are responsible for assisting the Property Manager with the overall management of our multi-family apartment community. A strong Assistant Property Manager generates satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention.
