Responsibilities

· Achieve individual and studio sales goals

· Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service

· Motivate and inspire the team through performance reviews and other methods

· Manage day to day operations and compliance

· Monitor and maintain social media marketing and community outreach

Requirements

Minimum Job Requirements

· Management experience preferred

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Google docs

· Flexible work schedule and the ability to work 40 hours per week

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Reliable transportation

Preferred Job Requirements

· Experience with Mind Body Online software and/or Constant Contact a plus.
