As an Assistant Site Leader, you will be working outdoors with your hands alongside our General Manager and our Associates. If you have experience with tools & sales, are driven, possess an unquestionable work ethic, can lead, and inspire people to follow you and wish to grow alongside our emerging company then we should talk.
Promotions are based on performance, not seniority.
This is a full-time hourly position requiring a 45-50 hour work week with two days off a week. The best way to learn how to manage a car wash is to spend the first 2 months performing the duties with the line associates.
You're responsible for the daily operations and profitability of the car wash!

Duties/responsibilities/prerequisites include, but not limited to:
- Knowledge of reassembly of machinery with understanding of how moving parts and pieces of equipment work.
- Assure excellent customer experience for every customer, every time.
- Lead a crew of 10+ associates while anticipating and responding to customer demand in a business driven by weather.
- Personally, handle customer complaints or issues.
- Help consistently training/ re-training of associates.
- Help maintenance of car wash equipment.
- Help manage inventory/ordering.
- Constant supervision and upkeep of premises.
- Foster a team environment.
- Previous car wash work experience not required.
- Must be able to withstand working outdoors 80%-100% of the time year-round.
- A Persuasive Salesperson- Helpful
- Has a good SMILE- All day
- Has a clear understanding of POS systems and ensures all process are followed?
- Continually motivates team to ensure targets are met and excelled, manages team morale.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with the Company policies and procedures.
- Ensures the shop floor standards are always maintained to the highest level while maintaining the highest level of housekeeping.
- Must be willing to work outdoors for 7-10 hours per day performing production duties, alongside co workers
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Manager experience Required
- Strong desire and willingness to learn
COMPENSATION
$17/Hour Starting
