The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing staff, managing inventory, stocking and maintaining the overal look of the store, and ensure that operations are running smoothly under the managers supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate staff to ensure that they are performing to the best of their abilities.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Manage inventory and keeping the store stocked.
- Check in vendors associated with the stores product.
- Be willing to learn and follow under the managers supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
