The Simon & Sylvia Zisman Seashore Gardens Living Center is an independent, nonprofit home for the aged in Galloway, NJ. We offer a continuum of services from assisted living to short- and long-term nursing care, Alzheimer’s care, respite care and rehabilitation all under one roof. Guided by Jewish tradition, and dedicated to enriching elder lives, we have proudly served our community for more than 100 years.
We have an immediate opening for an Assistant Director of Nursing. The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Director of Nursing in planning organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department. Knowledge of current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern LTC facilities is required. Requirements:
- Must be licensed as a RN in the state of New Jersey.
- Prior Supervisory experience.
- Must be fully vaccinated/boosted against Covid-19.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test!!
Sign-On Bonus- $5,000
