$40,000 - $60,000 DOE

• Assist the Design PM with scheduling and running kickoff and design inspiration meetings
• Kick-off civil engineers and as-built surveyors at the beginning of each project
• Attend and participate in Design Planning, plan review, and brainstorming meetings
• Assist the Design PM in scheduling and running meetings with clients and consultants
• Own and update all design tracking documents
• Prep the design package for the bid process
• Use AutoDesk Revit to edit, label, dimension, and plot plan sets
• Coordinate and complete red lines for Structural Engineers, Civil Engineers, and other necessary consultants

• A bachelor's or associates degree in project management, architecture, engineering, or a related field OR 1+ years working in a related field
• Knowledge of AutoDesk Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Displays exceptional customer service at all times
• A creative mind that is willing to share their ideas in an open forum
• A forward thinker for new home design and best practices
• Experience using Microsoft Office Applications and Google Applications
• Experience with Project Management Tracking software preferred

Compensation:

• Base salary: $40,000-$60,000 DOE

• 10 days paid vacation | 5 sick days | 3 days for charitable service
