The City of Cibolo is seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as the Assistant City Manager (ACM). As a key member of the executive team, the ACM will bring exceptional leadership, innovative strategies, and excellent communication skills to the organization. Under the direction of the City Manager, this strategic leader overseas the day-to-day activities of assigned departments, programs, and projects. The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university in public administration, business administration, or a related field and a minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible professional experience working for city, state, or local government; or any combination of experience and education that results in the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Compensation: The City uses a market competitive process to determine the staring salary. The salary range for this position is $150,917.61 to $226,376.41 (DOE) plus an outstanding fringe benefits package which includes 100% fully paid employee health, vision, dental, and life insurance, paid vacation, generous retirement package, etc.
