Responsibilities Include:
Assist Branch Manager in coaching, training and developing staff to enable the staff to align with the corporate strategies and goals. Write and administer development plans, disciplinary actions, semi-annual and annual employee performance appraisals. Provide directions to and oversee supervisory staff.
Perform and oversee loan and member service activities (interviews, account openings, maintenance) including consumer loans and mortgages. Oversee the flow of traffic in the branch.
Manage branch controls and reconciliation’s to meet audit guidelines. Manage branch reports.
Participate in community involvement to assist with cultivating new business relationships.
Comply with all aspects of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) regulatory requirements as it relates to this position.
Experience
Required- 1 year(s): customer service industry
- 1 year(s): previous supervisory experience;
- 2 year(s): financial or equivalent sales experience;
- Has full managerial responsibility: has direct reports, assigns work to staff, provides coaching and training, sets goals, is accountable for performance evaluation, plans staff development, and makes and approves people management decisions either alone or in collaboration with management and Human Resources (including recruitment, promotions, terminations, and compensation).
