Assistant Job at Strategic Resolution Experts (SRE)
The Assistant will be responsible for assisting with everyday tasks and appointments . Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Managing contractors, appointments, and calendar items
- Managing deliveries and pickup of required items
- Make travel arrangements
- Assist with event planning and logistics
- Light housekeeping, laundry, cooking, dog walking, gardening
- All other duties as assigned
Must be US Citizen with a passport.
Must have valid drivers license and vehicle.
Must be able to pass a Background check and full panel drug screen.
Must be able to do overnights and travel both nationally and internationally.
Education:
- HS Diploma
Skills:
- Experience managing multiple assignments/projects and conflicting priorities with the pressure of short, demanding deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Ability to follow complex, multi-step procedures to complete tasks
- Maintain confidentiality as required and appropriate
- Attention to Detail: data is precise; the successful candidate will be vigilant in the analysis to come to correct conclusions
- A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player
Experience:
Requires a minimum of 2 years work experience.
This position offers full medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for employees at $1 a month. Paid time off of 15 days per year with an additional 11 Paid Federal Holidays. 401k retirement plan with a safe harbor match and profit share. Education assistance of $1500 per year and access to SkillSoft Training portal which provides certifications and training across most industries.
