Job Summary

This Client Advisor will work with-in a team model of existing specialists Client Advisors and will have the primary responsibility for creating and growing JPM market share across 5 areas: mutual funds, ETF's, third party models, managed accounts and DC/retirement segments. This Client Advisor will work to consultatively create, grow and retain market share by increasing assets under management. This Client Advisor will also be responsible for communicating JP Morgan thoughts on markets, retirement and portfolio construction though the Guide to the Markets, Guide to Retirement and Portfolio Insights programs.

With the goal towards building "clients for life," the Generalist Client Advisor will work in partnership with their Specialist Client Advisors to best serve the financial advisors in their territory. To accomplish this, the Client Advisor should have the mindset of a solutions provider, display a highly consultative approach and the ability to establish rapport and build/maintain trust. Collaboration with their multiple specialist's client advisors is an essential component to the success of this role.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
  • Innovation mindset - is on the lookout for better and faster ways of doing things
  • Knowledge and understanding of wholesaling in an internal or external is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required, securities licenses preferred, Series 7 & 63 licenses.
  • Organized and disciplined - is responsible for efficiently and effectively utilizing their time and local budget

  • Proven ability to operate within JPMC values
