Schatz Bearing Corporation (Poughkeepsie, NY) manufactures specialty ball bearings used in the aerospace, medical and aviation industries. We are a rapidly growing company seeking a full-time Assembler. The qualified candidate will be highly motivated, positive, energetic and reliable.
This is an entry level position for someone who is eager to learn and grow with the company. We will train you to develop the standards that are necessary to be successful in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Duties include the assembly of ball bearing components using fixtures, gages, presses, grease guns, and hand tools, some lifting required.
- The assembly department is clean, well lit, heated and air conditioned.
- Must have an eye for detail, work well with others, in a fast paced production environment.
- Data Entry/Computer experience is a plus
Full-time position Monday Through Friday 6:00am - 3:30pm with occasional overtime when needed.
