Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent manufacturing client in Columbia City, is looking to hire a new team member!
Summary:
· 1st Shift: $17.25 (6:00am-4:00pm) Mon-Thurs
· 2nd Shift: $17.75 (4:00pm-2:00am) Mon-Thurs
o Will work OT as needed
· Coating – Process raw material into coated material
· Laser Cutting – Process coated material into semi-finished products
· Form & Fire - Process coated material/semi-finished product into finished goods
· Accurately read work order instructions and carry out operations as required
· Proficiently operate, obtaining hourly production rates and timely recording of materials and hourly production tracking boards
· Timely and accurate assembly of components
· Accurately complete all quality checks
· Continuously multitask between Coating, Laser Cutting and From & Fire processes to ensure continuous manufacturing flow
· Perform basic Preventative Maintenance tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
· Verbal and Written Communication
· Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, reach, and climb stairs for 10hrs a day
· Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle or feel
· Ability to lift material weighing up to 30 pounds
· Occasionally team lift material weighing up to 75 pounds
