What's in it for you?

• This is a full-time position that pays you BASE PLUS uncapped commission.
• $800 guaranteed bi-weekly commission while training on TOP of your base salary.
• This is a high paying position with first-year income potential between $65,000- $75,000 or higher paid with a base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Meet all position performance and productivity objectives
• Prospect and acquire high quality commercial water and coffee customers through cold calling and outbound calls.
• Match client needs to company products and services
• Convey sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers
• Identify and overcome customer objections
• Ensure pricing and customer commitments are within established Company guidelines
• Maintain documentation and logs as required by manager
• Safely load and unload equipment and products
• Travel to customer locations
• Set up equipment and deliver initial order at customer locations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• An acceptable driving record and reliable transportation is required
• Ability to cold call on perspective customers
• Ability to negotiate successfully with potential commercial customers
• Ability to work with management to achieve sales goals
• Ability to work across a territory
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Physically able to lift equipment and bottles weighing occasionally over 43 pounds
• Able to meet Company Driver Qualification Policy requirements
