PHONE & AUDITSTREAM – AREA MANAGER – Remote Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Incumbent responsible for managing auditstream and phone audits. Maintains control of time service, production

levels, monitors quality, and interacts with clients in his/her product line in a manner that is consistent with company

policies, procedures, and standards. Also works closely with the auditors to solve their queries, motivate his/her

respective team to perform and meet organization goals. Liaison with his/her manager to keep him apprised of the

situation on ground at all time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for daily management of work

2. Responsible for driving auditor performance, helps in resolving their queries, inventory management (past due

files, time service) for his/her respective product line & auditor retention

3. Responsible for meeting company time-service objectives

4. Responsible for managing clock-in and clock-out hours for auditors

5. Responsible for looking into the disputes and quality issues reported externally or internally, identifying training

needs and working with the training team to coach them

6. Responsible for performance and metrics of the their specific product line

7. Responsible for interacting with clients/customers, and maintaining customer relationships

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Performs other duties as assigned.

2. Monitors phone calls and e-mails, and responds in a timely manner.

3. Suggestions and recommendations to improve the existing process based on auditor experience

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

1. Must have excellent working knowledge of audit rules and applicable state regulations.

2. Have the ability to multitask and handle time sensitive urgencies.

3. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills as well as excellent organizational skills.

WORK DIRECTION AND/OR SUPERVISION RESPONSIBILITIES

Work Direction to Others: Manage auditors, assignments while setting expectations. Assist with training or

refresher sessions with the auditors based on specific needs

Supervision of Others: Suggest hiring decisions, prepare and conduct annual performance reviews for auditors, set

expectations, and provide coaching and guidance

FORMAL EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, AND CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Experience: Hands on experience in conducting audit, past team management experience will be an added

advantage
