Performance Services (PSI) is an integrated A/E design & delivery firm that focuses on Design-Build Projects & Guaranteed Energy Savings Projects. PSI specializes in constructing and renovating education & municipal facilities. PSI is headquartered in Indianapolis, IN and has branches in ten other states.

PSI is looking for an Architect to join our Design-Build team in Wisconsin (offices are located in Waukesha). Ideally, we are targeting someone with 3+ years of experience in architectural design. Preferably working in the education or municipality markets, but we are open to other areas of experience.

This individual will be responsible for supporting and actively participating in the production efforts of our Design-Build projects.

DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Architectural

• Use AutoCAD and REVIT in architectural
• Execute the production efforts on projects/designs.
• Support program development.
• Coordinate and assist with "red lines".
• Conduct code research and
• Create and obtain construction document drawings and site
• Interpret hand sketches into CAD drawings or BIM Model.
• Assisting in development of presentation materials / graphics, marketing materials and proposal documents.

Communication & Collaboration

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s in architecture.
• Experience and knowledge of AutoCAD and
• Experience interpreting hand sketches into CAD
• Minimum of 3 years commercial building design
• Experience in successfully handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience and knowledge of building construction
• Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visualization software a plus

The total pay range is $60K - $85K depending on experience and skill set. There is also a company bonus usually in the 5%-10% range. Finally, PSI has very strong benefits. (PSI covers 100% of health insurance premiums & contributes up to $3K to HSA).
