Eckstrom Home Designs is currently a single person architectural design firm located in Easton, MA. I specialize in new construction single family drawing and drafting, and am looking to hire or potentially partner with another architect or architectural designer to enhance our services. The goal is to focus mainly on drawing and drafting classical architecture, and develop our plan sets further to achieve the ultimate level of design snd drafting possible. Candidates should possess strong drawing, sketching, and real life architectural drafting knowledge. Construction knowledge is also a bonus. This is a growing firm which supports the design side of a design/ build firm in which the owner is partners in.
Pay is negotiable based on experience and skill level. College graduates are encouraged to apply despite licensure status.
A strong candidate for this position will possess the following skills:
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Honesty and transparency
- Can communicate clearly with the team and with clients
- Ideally knows Chief Architect software (x10-12), or Revit
- Has experience using Autocad, Revit, or similar programs
- Ability to use technology (spreadsheets, dropbox, G-Suite)
- A desire to work on high end residential design projects
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
Supplemental pay types:
