URM Technologies is looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our sales team as an Appointment Setter. Our ideal candidate is able to use their business knowledge and charm to engage potential customers and increase sales through canvassing and outbound calling. We are looking for candidates with no fear of making phone calls and are focused on making the most amount of money in the least amount of time. We will provide coaching, cloud-based CRM, calling lists, and clear guidance to ensure you are successful. You will need to provide reliable internet, computer, and a strong commitment to succeed. This is a results-based position that gives you the exciting opportunity to control your own level of success.

Appointment Setter responsibilities include:

• Calling prospective clients using databases provided
• Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services

Responsibilities

• Field basic questions and concerns about the products and services
• Schedule consultations between the prospective client and a Sales Representative
• Keep a detailed log of calls in CRM, including those which were not answered
• Attempt to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role
• Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
• Excellent phone etiquette
• A professional and courteous disposition
• Persuasive and results-oriented
• Quient environment without any distractions or background noise
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
