Spokane Eye Surgery Center (a part of Spokane Eye Clinic) started with 9 doctors in 1982, and now have more than 16 of the best doctors from around the country. Our providers see 110,000 patients throughout the clinic and perform nearly 12,000 surgical procedures annually. What this position does:

This position is responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience when answering incoming patient/customer phone calls and assisting by scheduling an appointment in accordance with protocols and insurance guidelines learned during training. May also need to route calls to the appropriate party to best serve the customer, to include taking detailed and accurate message for physicians, management, or staff as needed

An ideal candidate has exceptional customer services skills, professional communication and phone etiquette, and proficient computer skills. Should be a team player with a desire to continuously learn and development in an environment focused on service, effectiveness, and efficiency. Appointment Schedulers work at our downtown “South” location (427 S. Bernard). This is a full-time, benefited position which will be scheduled during all Clinic hours of 7am and 5pm. Shifts are 8 hours, Monday - Friday only (No Weekends).

Starting Wage: $17 to DOE

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• One or more years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, and working knowledge of data entry, word processing, spreadsheet, and internet-based software programs.
