Apartment Maintenance Job at White River Regional Housing Authority
Assigned apartment maintenance duties under the direction of the Site Manager and Asset Manager to include preventative maintenance as well as general repairs and maintenance for minor electrical, plumbing, and heat and air equipment repairs. Other duties include unclogging drains, repairing electrical switches, fixing leaks, and replacing air filters in addition to unit turn around duties such as drywall repair, painting, and installation of ceiling fans and lights. Apartments are located in Bald Knob and Russell, AR.
