Paws and Play Pet Resort and Training Center, located in Tuckahoe, NY, is looking for a Dog Handler that LOVES dogs and wants to be part of our industry leading team providing quality dog care. Our Pet Resort has an immediate opening for a FT or PT dog handler.
Dog Handler Position Requirements:
-Flexible shifts available within the hours of 6am - 10pm.
- Previous pet care experience is a plus, but a love for dogs is a must!
- Week-end availability is a must.
- Reliable transportation.
Do you have experience as a dog kennel associate, dog daycare associate, dog groomer, dog trainer, veterinarian technician? Then you may be suitable for this position!
Dog Handler Duties Include:
- Dog walking
- Dog feeding and giving water
- Dog playtime
- Cleaning up after dogs and cleaning the facility
- Dog bathing

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $15.00/hour.
