(Dixboro / Plymouth / Royal Oak / Detroit)

Short Term (vacation) Rental cleaners needed. We've recently added to our team but we are expanding and looking to add a few more team members.

This position will require you to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You will be cleaning Airbnb units, vacant homes, common areas such as hallways and parlors.

We are looking for 1-2 team members to join us as we start to get into a busy season in the spring in Detroit to help with housekeeping duties.

We have very high standards for cleaning protocols and looking for diligent & detail oriented team members.

The ideal candidate will be self motivated and require little supervision. Critical thinking and the ability to problem solve are helpful traits.

All necessary PPE, CDC approved cleaning solvents and equipment are provided for team.

Applicants must have dedicated and reliable transportation. You are responsible to transport yourself between Airbnb units during the day. Travel is paid and minimal.

Cleaning duties include:

Vacuum & Wash Floors

Launder & Change bed linens/towels

Clean Kitchen throughly - dishes, countertops, refrigerator, stovetop + oven

Clean Bathrooms throughly - Shower & Curtains scrubbed clean, toilets, and sinks

Report any broken/missing items to manager

Notify manager of low cleaning supply stock (cleaning supplies are provided by Manager)

Schedule: Varies based on weekly bookings, but weekend availability is a must. Summer months are the busiest and we tend to have Saturday/Sunday check-ins/check-outs on the same day. Hours are typically between 10am and 4pm.

Location: Varies. Most of our properties are in downtown Detroit. We have a few just north of and just south of the city as well.

Weekend availability is a must.

Paid training

$15 per hour during training. $17 per hour after training. Performance based raises to follow.
